For nearly three and one-half decades, since 1988, Gregg Shobe has been performing residential real estate appraisal assignments.

Specializing in single-family residences, condominiums, and small-income properties(2-4 units), Gregg recognizes the importance of accurate and quality appraisal products completed in a timely manner.

“With over thirty-six years of residential appraisal experience, I’m committed to providing the best quality report with the most up-to-date, relevant data currently available in the marketplace.  I am also happy to explain the methodology and techniques used in the development of a complete and comprehensive residential appraisal assignment.”

 Gregg received a Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University and holds a State of California Certified Residential Appraiser’s License and State of California Real Estate Salesperson’s License.  In addition to continuing education requirements every two years, Gregg has completed the most important residential appraisal courses offered through the Appraisal Institute(see resume).

 When Gregg is not working on appraisal assignments,  spending time with his lovely wife Dina(of 32 years), four daughters, grandson DJ, and granddaughter Grace. He enjoys snow skiing, surfing, quail/chukar hunting, fly fishing, hiking/backpacking, gold prospecting, and traveling throughout Baja California.
